Line Perpendicular to a Plane

This object is an intersection sign at a road. The intersection sign is perpendicular to the plane it is on. I found this object on http://ww2.valdosta.edu/~dkrabel/perpendicular.jpg. As you can see, perpendicular lines are commonly used for intersections. Also they are used on windows a lot to separate them.

Congruent Angles

This is a picture I took in the mac lab of the corner of the desk. The desk shows congruent angles because the angle is a right angle. Congruent angles are used in everyday life things such as stairs, houses, televisions, etc.

Coplanar Parallel Lines

This is a picture I took of three or more coplanar parallel lines. This object exhibits parallel lines because the pictures are distributed evenly along the wall. The pictures on the wall were found in the computer lab in the library. There are many real world examples like road lines. If the lines on the road were not parallel, it would be much harder to drive without getting into crashes. Also the beams of houses are parallel so that the house will be sturdy.
